Partnering With Pinellas County Schools

We act in partnership with Pinellas County Schools to offer the unique, public-private Chi Chi Rodriguez Academy that serves grades 4 through 8. The public school system identifies children in need of our special surroundings. Pinellas County Schools also provides our teachers and principal, while the Chi Chi Rodriguez Youth Foundation provides the facilities and classroom enrichment materials.

Chi Chi Rodriguez is proud to partner with First Tee to spread our impact in the community. At First Tee, youth learn to play golf along with life lessons and leadership skills. And it’s making a difference. The program has a positive impact on participants, their families, and their communities.

The Chi Chi Rodriguez Youth Foundation is a nonprofit 501(c) 3 organization that helps at-risk youth achieve academic, social, and economic success by keeping them engaged in their education and acquiring practical skills necessary to succeed at life. 

Our foundation operates the Chi Chi Rodriguez Golf Club and Driving Range businesses as well as the Chi Chi Academy and First Tee - Clearwater educational programs, located on the Chi Chi Rodriguez Youth Foundation campus in Clearwater, Florida. All proceeds from golfing supports the educational programs. Play with Purpose.
